Infinite Campus: Your mentee and his or her parents or guardians have given you permission to access your mentee's Infinite Campus account. Through Infinite Campus, you can access to your mentee grades, assignments, teacher contact information, and graduation status. Log in to your mentee's Infinite Campus account via the Student Login button. Unless your mentee has changed them, his or her Username is his or her DPS ID number and his or her Password is his or her birthdate in an 8 digit format (mmddyyyy). Example = January 7, 1999 would be 01071999
Naviance: Your mentee and his or her parents or guardians have given you permission to access your mentee's Naviance account. In DPS, each student is required to have a Personal Education PLan (PEP) which includes his or her high school course plan of study, a post-secondary institution goal and a career cluster goal. Naviance Succeed and Family Connection (Naviance) is the web-based tool used to explore and track elements of each student's PEP. You should log into Naviance as your mentee. In the space for email, enter his or her six digit student ID. His or her six digit birth date (e.g. 080994) is the password. Students complete the information in Naviance with the assistance of their school counselors.

Is Your Mentee Struggling to Pay for Bus Passes? There is a special program for low income students that allows them to pay only $24.50 for a monthly bus pass. In order to qualify for this low cost bus pass, the student must deliver to Kelly Vigil, the school Treasurer, this form (available in Spanish here) and $24.40 by the 10th of the month for a bus pass for the NEXT month. Kelly is required to pay for the bus passes in advance which is why she needs to collect the money in advance. If you have questions about this program, contact Kelly Vigil at firstname.lastname@example.org.
